Everywhere Roxy looked she saw blobs. They oozed on buildings. They covered cars. “ This is terrible! " thought Roxy. A helicopter flew over Mara. One small blob jumped toward it. But the blob froze and fell to the rooftop. “ Wow! " said Mara.

“ I think the cold breeze from the helicopter froze that blob! " Mara looked at Roxy. “ Rocket Girl! " she called. “ Use your super breath! It will freeze the blobs! " “ I'll try it! ” Roxy called back. Roxy took a deep breath. Whoosh! ! Three blobs on a billboard froze and fell to the street.

“ Yes! ” Roxy cheered. She took a deeper breath and blew again. Whoo-ooo-oosh! More blobs froze. Soon every blob was frozen solid. Mrs. Wiggles was in her candy factory. “ Soon I'll call Mayor Bloom, " she said. “ I'll tell him to pay me one million dollars! ”

Mrs. Wiggles peered through a telescope at downtown Metro City. “ Oh no! " she cried. “ Where did my bubble gum blob go?” Just then Roxy crashed into the candy factory. “ Rocket Girl! ” said Mrs. Wiggles.

“ I stopped your bubble gum blob! ” said Roxy. “ And now you're going to jail! ” Mrs. Wiggles snapped her fingers. Several large gingerbread men ran into the room. Mrs. Wiggles laughed. “ You'll never take me to jail! " Roxy looked at the gingerbread men.
