That blob is your bubble gum?” asked Roxy. “ Yes! ” cried Mara. “ I blew a bubble, and it just grew and grew! ” The blob rumbled again. Grarg! Roxy grabbed Mara and flew her to a safe spot. They landed on top of a tall building.

“ Thanks, Rocket Girl! ” said Mara. “ No problem, " said Roxy. Roxy and Mara watched the blob grow some more. Grarg! It soon covered a whole city block! “ What kind of bubble gum were you chewing?" asked Roxy.

Mara pulled the pack out of her pocket. “ It's a new kind, " she said. “ It's called ‘Mrs. Wiggles Gum. '” “ Mrs. Wiggles?” said Roxy. “ She owns the new candy factory just outside Metro City. Maybe I should go talk to--” “ Talk to whom?" said a voice from behind them. Roxy spun around.

A tall woman with a tall hat stood there. “ Who are you?” asked Roxy. “ I am Mrs. Wiggles, " said the woman. “ Soon my bubble gum blob will cover the entire city! The blob will stay unless Mayor Bloom pays me one million dollars! " Roxy scowled. “ That’s what you think, Mrs. Wiggles! ”

Roxy took a step toward the villain. Just then Roxy heard a shout. “ Help us, Rocket Girl! ” Roxy looked down. Several people were stuck in the blob! Mrs. Wiggles laughed. “ See you later, Rocket Girl! " The villain pulled a long rope from her coat.
