比较是偷走幸福的小偷

Comparison is the thief of joy. It's impossible to avoid comparison these days. But when we compare ourselves to others, it's impossible to achieve a feeling of lasting happiness.

The first thing we have to do is acknowledge that comparison doesn't serve us. You will always find someone with a better job, a nicer home, and the list goes on.

If we compare ourselves to others, we will always lose. There will always be someone who has more than us.

So instead of falling down this trap, we must first acknowledge that comparison exists, but it doesn't mean we have to engage with it.
