Dragon Master OSKAR LUDEKA HOME Oskar lives in the village of Stellburg, nestled on one of the Lofty Mountains. He lives in the dragon haven newly built by Lord and Lady Graystone. Quilla and Wayra the Wind Dragon live there, too. STRENGTHS Oskar has a sharp memory and knows all the legends of his land. He showed great bravery when he risked himself to save the Flower Dragons from a terrible monster. He learned a lot about being a Dragon Master from his friendship with Drake and Ana.

BACKGROUND Oskar's mother, Nelle, is a baker. His father, Arnold, is a carpenter. They are the caretakers of Stellburg's new dragon haven. DRAGON Wildroot the Flower Dragon Lord and Lady Graystone were so happy to hear about Wildroot, Stellburg's new dragon protector, that they paid for the building of the dragon haven. Brighteye, the forest sprite who looks after the Starflower Dragon tribe, sent her cousin, whisper, to work with Oskar and Quilla. —Griffith

THE LOFTY MOUNTAINS This mountain range is spread over many lands, from Casgore down to Aragon. Some of the highest peaks are in the region of Kinland. Oskar's village of Stellburg is located on one of these mountains, in an area ruled by Lord and Lady Graystone. The Legendary Dragon of Stellburg Many mysterious and dangerous creatures live in the Lofty Mountains. A long time ago, a giant emerged from the Dark Forest and attacked Stellburg. A great winged dragon flew down from the mountaintop and drove the giant away. The people were so grateful to the dragon that they put up a statue in the town square. The dragon stayed and protected Stellburg for many years. One day, the dragon flew away and was never seen again. Stories about the Stellburg dragon say that she breathed fire. She does not look like a typical Fire Dragon, however. I wonder if she could be a combination of two or more dragon types? —Griffith

Dragon WILDROOT THE FLOWER DRAGON This little dragon is the leader of a large tribe of Flower Dragons in the Valley of Starflowers. DRAGON MASTER Oskar Ludeka POWER COLOR White

POWERS Wildroot and the rest of his tribe of Flower Dragons can release a mist that keeps humans from seeing them. They also have a special power called Bloom that can transform a werewolf back into a human. SIZE LENGTH: 14 inches WEIGHT: 2 pounds Wildroot is one of the smallest dragons I have ever seen. Moss Dragons are slightly smaller. And I have heard of dragons with insect—like powers that are so tiny they can fit on the tip of your finger. I have read that Flower Dragons make flowers sprout wherever they walk. I have not seen Wildroot do this yet. I must ask Oskar about it! —Griffith
