Dragon Master CASPAR NAVIDI HOME Caspar grew up in a desert village in Navid. He lives in the Fortress of the Stone Dragon, not far from where he was born. STRENGTHS It was Caspar's quick thinking that stopped the evil wizard Astrid once and for all. He became good friends with Mina after Astrid turned them both into stone. When he visits Mina, he is sure to wear his warm coat. The Land of the Far North is a lot colder than the desert!

THE LAND OF NAVID Navid is a land of large deserts, tall mountains, and rivers. Some of the deserts are so hot and dry that nothing can live there. But the Mustawi Desert is close to a river and has many underground springs. As a result, plants and animals thrive there. Princess Daria Before becoming ruler of Navid, Princess Daria studied at the university in the royal city of Red Rock. Then she spent two years as a soldier in the royal guard. She is now the chief command of the guard, which she uses to keep the peace in Navid— and to sometimes battle evil wizards.
