CHAPTER 9 WHERE'S RORI? Drake, Worm, Rori, Llew, and Vulcan arrived back in the map chamber in a flash of green light. "Thank you for letting me ride with you, Rori," said Llew. "I'd like to get back in my wheelchair now." "Of course! And you can ride with us anytime," Rori replied. At Drake's command, Worm floated Llew back into his wheelchair.

"Llew, Belydor said he knew you!" Drake said, his eyes shining with excitement. "I know you saw him in the Dream World But do you think you could be Belydor's Dragon Master?" "It's possible," Llew replied. "In stories, people come from small beginnings and end up doing big things. Maybe being Belydor's Dragon Master is my story. But you heard Belydor. He doesn't want anything to do with me!" "If you're his Dragon Master, you might be able to connect with him," Drake said. "We just need to find you a Dragon Stone so you can give it a try." "Maybe there's a Dragon Stone in Morgan's hut," Llew suggested.

"Good idea," Drake agreed. "But we need a plan in case Belydor attacks. Rori, what do you— Rori?" Drake realized that Rori and Vulcan were no longer in the chamber. "That's just like Rori," Drake said. "I'm sure they've gone back down to save Griffith on their own. Worm and I will go after them, and you— Suddenly, Vulcan charged in from the depths of the cave, with Rori on his back. "Get outside, now!" Rori shouted. Behind them, Belydor appeared, his crystal body glowing with yellow energy!
