July has ended, August has begun. The summer sun is bright.

We play outside every day. We swim in the cool water. Ice cream is our favorite treat.

The days are long and fun. We go to the park and fly kites.

Flowers are in full bloom. Butterflies dance in the air.

We enjoy the warm weather. I look forward to August's joy.
