I love eating vegetables. My favorite vegetable is the carrot. It is sweet and crunchy.

My mom always tells me that vegetables are healthy.

We grow some vegetables in our garden. I help water them every day.

We have tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers. I enjoy picking them when they are ripe.

Eating fresh vegetables makes me strong. I always feel happy when I eat vegetables.
