There is one common language in every country in the world. 

All the people, old and young，men and women, must use it. It's everybody's second language. 

It's easy to understand, although you don't hear it. It's sign language. 

When you wave to a friend, you are using sign language. 

When you smile at someone, you mean to be friendly.
