AStudent's Blog A Student's Blog by Jenny Choi September 1st at 11:15 p.m. Today was the start of my first semester here at Camford University. It's such a famous old institution, and I have to say that makes me slightly nervous but also proud. In the morning, I went to an introductory lecture by Professor Anderson, who will be my philosophy lecturer this year. He took us through the whole curriculum for the year. It includes so many challenging topics. I can't wait to begin this amazing journey. September 3rd at 9:19 p.m. This morning, I met my personal tutor, Dr. Kim. She explained that we will meet once a week for a tutorial. She is incredibly intelligentand many ofherideas are really progressive. Later, I went and signed up for Art History. It's a minor department within the university, but it has a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I also joined the student union and went to a meeting, which was very well attended. October 20th at 8:15 p.m. Sorry, I haven't posted for a while! I've been really busy lately, intensely studying for my first midterm. Dr. Kim says that if we don't put in the effort, we might very easily fail. I'm also working on the first draft of an essay-academic life can be exhausting! October 28th at 6:10 p.m. Well, I passed my first examination! Graduation is still three years away, but it feels like I'm one step closer to getting my hands on that diploma. I went out with my friends to celebrate!
