A jelly is a sweet and soft food made with sugar and fruit juice. Today's lunch is peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches. lettuce n. Lettuce is a plant that has large green leaves used in salads. I will use this lettuce for my salad. lime n. A lime is a small green fruit that has a sour taste. Can you buy some limes at the supermarket?

Takeout is food that is cooked at a restaurant and taken by a customer to be eaten at another place. They are eating takeout for lunch. watermelon n.
