Let's meet at the railroad station after lunch. scooter n. A scooter is a small machine for driving with two wheels and an engine. I drove through Rome on a scooter. sidewalk n. A sidewalk is a path on the side of the street for people to walk on. Walking on the sidewalk is safer than walking on the street.
