Reading Practice A. Read the passage. Potato Breakfast I like to cook a lot. I have everything I need in my kitchen. I even use food from my garden. Try this easy meal. It is not expensive to make. First wash three potatoes in warm water. Then, dry the potatoes. Cut them into small pieces with a knife. Put them in a hot pan. Next, put four eggs in a bowl. Mix in a full cup of milk. Cover the potatoes with the eggs and milk. Stop cooking when the color changes to brown. It is good with fish, too!
