Sick people drink lots of tea. Tea is not hard to make. Heat some water. Put tea leaves in a pot. For strong tea, use more leaves. Pour hot water on the leaves. For weak tea, add more water. Wait a few minutes. Then pour the tea into a small cup. Add sugar and milk if you like. Tea is good for you. It can help you live a long life.
