One day, a farmer is picking cucumbers in his small garden. “ How lovely these cucumbers are! ” the farmer thinks, “ After I pick all of them. . . "

" I will sell the cucumbers, and buy a hen. The hen will lay many eggs. The eggs will grow into many chicks. ”

" I will sell the chicks, and buy a pig. The pig will have many piglets.

“ I will sell the piglets, and buy a horse. The horse will have many ponies. "

" I will sell the ponies, and buy. . . a large garden. I will grow more cucumbers. "
