A long time ago, we lived in a small house. It didn't need to be big - there was just Mum and me.

We didn't have a television. We just had a radio. It was OK, but I wanted to watch programmes like my friends.

One day, I made a fuss. Mum didn't say anything. But she hadn't got enough money for a television. Why can't we have a TV?
