Unit 30 We all need to play more LESSON 59 Hi, Carol! Did you go to the yoga class yesterday? No, I missed it. So did I. The weather was so nice. I decided to go on the morning hike. How was that? It was good. We went over the other side of the lake. Did they walk fast? Not too fast, but it was fast enough for me. I'm not very fit. Neither am I. Maybe I'll try the hike tomorrow. Do you get much exercise at home? I go to a dance class once a week. But it's not enough. How about you? I walk to the bus every day. That's not enough, either. I ask myself how I can get more exercise in my ordinary life. But I don't have any good ideas. Do you? No, I don't, but my husband, Jed, does. He says adults don't find time to play. He says we all need to play more. The trouble is, most of us don't know how!
