Festival of Tulips

Festival of Tulips For two weeks every spring, there is a special celebration in the city where I live. It's called the Tulip Festival. Like the name suggests, this festival brings millions of blossoming tulips in every shape and colour. Thousands of people from all over the city come to see this special event. As you can imagine, it's a beautiful sight. l remember, as a young child, going to the park with my grandmother every spring to see the tulips. To this day, those memories stick in my mind as some of the most amazing moments of my life.

It's hard to believe, but this year marked the 59th Tulip Festival! That's a lot of tulips over the years! Oh, do you want to know another reason why I love this festival so much?It's a sign that summer is coming!
