Soaring Through the Sky We all have heroes. Most of my friends'heroes are big and strong hockey or basketball players. But my hero is not like that. My hero has spent most of his life in a wheelchair. He cannot speak. He cannot move his arms. He needs a special computer to speak. The computer helps him pick out letters on the screen. This is how he spells words. This is how he lives every day of his life. You would think this would keep him from doing anything. But it hasn't. If you were to ask him, he would tell you that he doesn't live in a wheelchair. He lives in his mind. And in his mind, he soars through the sky. What does he love to do?He loves to think about math and the universe.

People call him one of the smartest people in the world. People all over the world look up to this tiny man, who cannot speak with words. Instead, he speaks with ideas. His name is Stephen Hawking.
