Our New Car In my country, most people can't afford new cars. They repair their old cars and keep them for a long time. But, our car was so old that it just could not be fixed anymore. So one day, my dad said to me and my sisters, “ Okay girls, it's time to buy a new car! ” We looked at many nice cars. But, we could not afford any of them. We were very sad. At the car lot, the car dealer was selling a very expensive car to a lady, but the car would not start.

Because my dad knows everything about cars, he offered to help. He fixed the problem and the lady ended up buying the car! The car dealer was grateful and told my dad, " I have a used car that you can have for free if you will work for me. I would like you to fix my cars. ” That day, Dad got a new car and a new job!
