Ban Ban

Ban Ban Ban Ban is a litle dog who lives with my grandpa. A friend from the city sent her to Grandpa's farm when she was only one year old. Since then, life has changed completely for her. Ban Ban is no longer a pet. She is a farm animal. No one gives her daily baths anymore. Every day, she waits at the dinner table, and she eats whatever Grandpa gives her from his plate. No expensive dog food, not anymore.

Ban Ban now sleeps outside rather than in a warm bed in an apartment. She protects Grandpa's home. She barks when strangers come to the door. She is a working dog now. But Ban Ban seems happy. She has space to run and play. In the vegetable felds, she chases birds and frogs. She plays with the snails. Now, she also has new dog friends in her neighbour-hood. One year later, Ban Ban gives birth to seven little puppies.
