13 My Mouth Open wide. Smile. Eat. Talk to my friends. What do I use to do all these things? My mouth, of course. Look in my mouth. What do you see? Teeth. Yes, my teeth help me chew my food so l can eat. What else do you see? My tongue. My tongue helps me talk. It also helps me move food around, so lcan swallow it. Best of all, my tongue helps me taste all the delicious food that l eat.
