48 The Battering Ram Alligator 'Now what's she drawing?' shouted Rockwell over the hubbub as he watched Peanut sketching furiously. 'It looks like two pairs of roller boots,' said Little-Bit. Doodle cocked his head to one side as Peanut put down her brush pen, picked up the circular stamp and started to print some wheels. When she'd finished, she handed the boots to Jonathan Higginbottom. ' Ooh, thank you,' said the alligator excitedly. 'I haven't skated since I was a hatchling. I used to love a good roller-disco!'

Peanut pulled Little Tail from her bandolier and drew two helmets: a small one that she put on her own head, and a much bigger one, with enormous horns on the sides. 'This is for you, too,' she said, handing it to Jonathan Higginbottom. 'So what are we going to do while you two try to break the crayon fence?' asked Little-Bit. 'I'm glad you asked,' smiled Peanut. 'We need you to create a diversion.'
