Cody can't bark

Cody lives on a farm. He is a puppy, but he isn't sure about it.

All the dogs can bark, except him. "Am I really a dog or something else?" He wants to find out.

He goes to the ducks and asks, "Do you think I could be a duck?" The ducks quack and answer, "No, you can't be a duck. You are a dog. Ducks can quack but you can't."

He goes to the cow, "Do you think I could be a cow? The cow moos and answers, No, you can't be a cow, my dear. Cows moo."

Cody is not happy. He goes to the squirrel and asks the same question, "Do you think I could be a squirrel?" The squirrel chirps and answers, "No, you can't be a squirrel. Squirrels chirp, but you're a dog. You're supposed to bark."
