That's Not True!

On went the socks and then the boots. Luke's feet scampered across the carpet. He was late.

On went the backpack. Well, this was no normal backpack. It was a jet pack with rockets. Luke's problem was that he forgot to fill them up when he was rushing.

It was 10 in the morning. Luke plodded into his class. "What time do you call this?" fumed Mrs Duke.

"I messed up, Mrs Duke," Luke said. "My jet pack ran out of petrol on the way. I had to make a crash landing!"

"Do not lie to me! That's not true!" said Mrs Duke. "It is true! My pal Bigfoot will tell you when he picks me up after school!" argued Luke.
