'Hi, my name is Ding Dong?' I say. 'What does that even mean? There's nobody called Ding Dong in the book.' 'I know,' says Terry. 'I didn't say my name is—' DING DONG! 'Yes you did!' I say. 'You just said it again!' 'I didn't!' says Terry. 'I was trying to say my name is—'
DING DONG! 'Yeah, I get what you're trying to tell me,' I say. 'Hi, my name is Ding Dong. But I don't get it. Who's Ding Dong?' 'THE DOORBELL!' says Terry. 'There's somebody at the door—it might be Santa!' 'No,' I say. 'We're not asleep and, besides, he
doesn't ring the doorbell, you—' DING DONG! 'That's not very nice,' says Terry. 'Calling me a ding dong.' 'I didn't call you a ding dong,' I say. 'It was the doorbell! I think there's somebody at the door.'
