15 The Dinosaur Club

James and his friends are dinosaur fans. They are called the Dinosaur Club. They have a meeting once every month to find out all about dinosaurs. Their first meeting was in January. The dinosaur fans all wear a uniform. They wear caps and shirts with a Dinosaur Club badge.

In February, the fans went to the library to learn more about dinosaurs. They read books with pictures and they looked at the computer. They found out that there were some dinosaurs that could swim and some kinds that could fly. Some dinosaurs were small, but others were enormous.

Their third meeting was in March. The fans drew pictures of dinosaurs. James painted a Tyrannosaurus Rex that had sharp claws. There were some dinosaurs with sharp spikes and teeth and horns. Two dinosaurs were fighting, and one was running fast to get away.

At the meeting in April, the fans made large models of dinosaurs. Some had long necks and long tails. There were some models with two legs and others with four legs. Some had claws and horns and wings. One model dinosaur had some eggs.

The meeting in May was about the places where dinosaurs lived long ago. The fans put an enormous map of the world on the wall. They looked at places where bones of dinosaurs have been found. James showed his friends pictures of dinosaur bones.
