10 Blind Man's Buff

"Let's play a game today. We could play Blind Man's Buff," said Harry and Mary to the family. Everyone sat quietly in the room. Dad put a blindfold on Harry. He gave him a newspaper to hold, then he turned him around three times. Harry walked slowly across the room.

He touched Mary with his newspaper. "Who are you?" he asked. Mary made her voice sound funny. "I'm Mr Nobody," she said. "Is that Grandma?" asked Harry. That made everyone laugh. "No, that's Mary," they said. "You will have to try again."

Harry walked around the room again. He touched Mum with his newspaper. "Who is it?" he asked. "It's Mr Nobody," said Mum with a funny voice. "That could be Grandpa," said Harry. Everybody laughed and laughed. "No, it's not Grandpa," they said. "That's Mum. Try again."

Harry walked across the room. This time his newspaper touched Dad. "Who is this?" he asked. Dad made a funny voice. "I'm Mr Nobody," he said. "Is that Mary?" asked Harry. Everyone laughed again. "No, that's not Mary," they said. "That's Dad's voice. Try again."

Harry walked around the room again. He touched Grandma with his newspaper. "Who are you?" he asked. "I'm Mr Nobody," said Grandma with a funny voice. "That could be Mum," said Harry. That made everyone laugh. "No, it's not Mum's voice," they said. "That's Grandma. Try again."
