60 The Robin

The Robin

Kent is a robin who comes out in the spring. He likes to see the Sun shine. He likes to strut on the grass.

"I must make a new nest," Kent says. He wants his nest to be soft. He looks for scraps and strands of plants for the nest. He spots a nice strip of grass by a pond.

Kent lands by the pond and sees some fish. He sees them swim in the pond. But Kent does not swim and does not go in.

Just then, a dog sprints out of the grass. He sees Kent and wants to play. "Scram!" Kent says to the dog. The dog slips and bumps into Kent.

Splash! Kent lands in the pond. Kent flaps and splashes. "Help! Help!" Kent yells.
