53 The Kind Knight

The Kind Knight

One day a green dragon roamed into town. It was big and such a sight! "Help! Help!" yelled the people as they ran. So the dragon left the town and did not stay.

"Where did the dragon go?" asked the people. "Will it come back?" The king did not know. So he sent a knight to find the dragon.

The knight looked high and low. Then he saw a bright light. It was the brightest light in the night.

"Could that bright light be from the dragon?" asked the knight. He went to the side of a hill to see the light. He looked down by some trees and rocks.

The knight saw the green dragon by the rocks. The light was from the dragon! "I will tell the dragon that it must go," said the knight.
