A Toy for Roy

Roy was a shy but kind boy. He was new and kids wanted to be his friend. One day, Roy saw some kids playing with toys.

"Come join us Roy!" said the kids. Roy wanted to play with the kids. The kids were kind. and their toys were neat.

But Roy did not know what to say to the kids. He just froze and all of his words got stuck. The kids were kind to Roy. "We can play on some other day," they said.

The kids saw Roy the next day. "Roy, come join us at the toy shop!" said the kids. "We have some coins! We can look at lots of fun toys!"

Roy waved and smiled at the kind kids. "We will play some other day," said Roy.
