Jake and Gail Go to Spain

Jake Snake and Gail Snail want to take a trip. "Where can we go?" asks Jake. "We can go to Spain," says Gail. "We will get there on a plane."

"No! I don't like planes," says Jake. "Can we take a train?" "No, you can't get to Spain from here on a train," says Gail. How will Jake and Gail get to Spain?

"Will you sail to Spain on a ship?" asks Gail. Jake grinned a big grin on his face. "Yes, that is a great plan!" says Jake. "We can sail on a huge ship to get to Spain."

Jake and Gail make plans to sail to Spain. "It will take eight days to sail by ship," says Gail. "We will spend three weeks in Spain. We will hike and play and have the best time in Spain."

Jake and Gail get to Spain. But there is no hiking or playing. There is lots and lots of raining. Yuck! "What will we do?" asks Jake. "Will we leave and go home?"
