The Lost Crane

The white cranes have a nice summer by the cold water lake. Now autumn comes.

“It's getting cold!” says the leader. “We must fly south to the biggest lake there!”

Carl and Clara fly with their son, charlie. “The family must stay together!" says Carl.

They fly over the grasses and lakes. The sunset makes their feathers pink!

“Look! The lake is over there!” says Carl. But a storm is coming. The wind blows and it is hard to fly on.
