The BABY Turtle

The mother turtle swam a long, long way.

At night she came to a beach. She crawled up the sand.

She dug a hole in the sand.

The mother turtle laid lots and lots of eggs in the hole. She covered them with sand.

Soon it was morning. The mother turtle was very tired. She crawled back to the sea.
