Polar Bears live in a very cold place called the Arctic. They like the cold. They have a lot of fur and fat to keep them warm.

Polar Bears are the biggest bears of all. They are strong, and they have sharp claws and teeth.

Polar Bears are good swimmers. They can swim a very long way to look for food. They use their front feet to paddle and their back feet to steer.

Polar Bears hunt for their food on the frozen sea ice. They need the ice to survive.

Seals are the food that Polar Bears like. They can wait all day to catch one. Seals come up out of the sea for air. Then the Polar Bears can catch them!
