6 The First Falling Leaves Friday The forest is wild with excitement! I can't wait until tomorrow! I'm going to eat pumpkin pie until I burst! I'm going to dance until my wings are all flapped out!

We set to work making everything. I miss our farm friends. Me too! We had so much fun together! Then, Diary, I had a FLAPPY- FABULOUS idea! Emergency farm Detectives Club meeting!

At lunchtime, everyone liked my idea. So we talked to Mrs. Featherbottom. We'd like to invite the farm animals to our party! What a thoughtful idea! Next, we made a special invitation. We flew to Poppy's Pumpkin Farm right away. Surprise!
