WHAT IS THIS LEVER FOR? We continued to look around the laboratory. It was filled with lots of strange mechanical devices. I was checking out something that looked like an old jukebox when disaster struck. "What is this lever for?" Trap mumbled. Before you could say "squeak!" he had pushed it. Suddenly, all the metal objects in the lab were drawn toward a huge magnet, including the big key that I had hooked to my belt! Soon I was stuck to the magnet like cream on cheese.

"Help!" I screamed. "Get me down!" Quiet as a mouse, Pinky hit the lever again. Everything hit the floor, including me. I landed right on my head. "Rancid rat hairs!" I moaned, rubbing my fur. I was going to have a lump the size of Mount Cheddar.
