Everyone except Cy was stunned. Even Lamb grew quiet. “ Did you say dinosaurs?” repeated Bobby. “ I’ve always wanted to see a real one, ” Cy explained. Huey cleared his throat and pointed to the well.

” But my wish hasn’t come true yet, ” argued Cy. “ Crossing his arms, Huey asked, “ Has any wish not come true so far?” The children admitted that every wish had indeed come true. “ This one will too. ” Huey disappeared into his shell.

Cy lowered him down, mumbling, “ I don’t see any dinosaurs. ” ” Patience! ” Huey yelled from his shell. ” Let’ s go home, ” Cy said in a disappointed voice. The children started to walk back home. But something was different. ” I’ve never seen this tree before. ”

Jane pointed to a tall leafy tree. ” This road looks unfamiliar, ” Panther remarked, holding Lamb close to her. ” Why is that tree moving?” Bobby took steps behind his brother. The leaves on one tree swayed side to side . Then the children felt the ground tremble.

” Some thing’s coming this way, ” whispered Cy excitedly. ” What is it?” Jane asked, close to tears. Suddenly a huge dinosaur with many horns appeared among the trees. ” It’s a rhino, ” Bobby said in awe. The huge dinosaur did resemble a rhinoceros in many ways.
