“ Wow, ” Roxy thought. “ I wonder if Robin is Thunderhawk. ” She looked over at Detective Smith. “ Detective, ” Roxy said, “ I think—” The detective’s phone rang. “ Hello? Oh no! We’ll be right there! ” Detective Smith looked at Roxy. “ Thunderhawk is at Metro City Zoo. What were you going to tell me?”

“ Never mind, ” Roxy said. Zoom! Roxy flew off. When Roxy arrived at the zoo, people were running in every direction. “ There’s a big hawk person! ”

“ Run for your lives! ” Roxy spotted Thunderhawk. The villain was perched on top of the bird building. She had large wings and a hawk mask. “ That’s definitely Robin, ” Roxy thought. “ Thunderhawk! ” she shouted. Robin looked over. “ Go away, Rocket Girl! I’m freeing these birds! ”

The villain smashed a hole in the building’s roof. Birds flew out. “ You can’t do that! ” Roxy shouted. “ Birds shouldn’t be in cages! ” Robin cried. “ They should be free! ” “ You won’t be free for much longer, Thunderhawk, ” Roxy said. “ You’re going to jail! ”

Roxy shot toward Robin. She reached out to grab the villain. Robin leaped. Roxy missed her. “ Hurricane wind! ” Robin shouted. She flapped her huge wings. Whoo-whoo-whoosh! A strong wind blew. Roxy tried to stay where she was. But the wind was too strong.
