" Whoa! " she cried, jumping out of the way. Thwap! “ Aah! “ Roxy yelled, looking around. Giant frogs crept everywhere. “ How am I going to get rid of all these frogs?” Roxy wondered. “ If they were anything else --squirrels, chipmunks, turtles-no problem.

I would just pick them up. But I do not want to touch any frogs! ” Ribbit! Ribbit! A fat green frog with brown spots stared at Roxy. Roxy took a step back. But then she realized another frog was behind her. She looked in the alley to her right.

A frog was squeezed between the two buildings. To Roxy's left, another frog croaked. Roxy was surrounded. Everywhere she looked, she saw the bulging eyes of frogs. They all stared at her. “ Ugh! ” said Roxy. “ This is the grossest mission I've ever been on! “

Detective Smith called to her. “ Rocket Girl! Are you okay?” “ Of course I'm not okay! " yelled Roxy. “ I'm about to be frog food! ” All at once the frogs’sticky tongues shot out. Thwap! Roxy blasted straight up, getting out of the way just in time.
