Hello! I am a baby elephant. When I was only three days old, I began to walk.

I like to eat all kinds of plants. I like to eat fruit and bark too. But I do not eat meat. Let me show you how I eat. I use my long trunk to pick up food.

I use my trunk to breathe and smell too. I use my trunk to spray water on my body. I can take a bath using my trunk! Splash! I use my trunk to throw dust all over my body. Doesn’t it look fun?

There is another kind of bath I like too. I like to take a mud bath. Rolling in the mud is fun! Whee!

Oh! It is so hot today. I can flap my large ears to cool off my body. Ahh! I also flap my ears to chase the flies away. Shoo!
