Jack walks down the street. Lila and Mike ride by. Jack: Two tomatoes and milk. Lila: Hey, Jack! We’re going to ride our bikes. Mike: Do you want to go to the park? Jack: No, I can’t. Lila and Mike: See you later!

Jack arrives at the supermarket. Jack: Two watermelons and milk? Or two cartons of milk and some eggs?

Jack and his mother are in the kitchen. Mother: Thank you, Jack. What is this? Two cucumbers and . . . bread? Jack: Sorry, Mom. Mother: Jack . . . you forgot again!

Jack is on his way to the supermarket again. He sees a puppy. Jack: Oh, you’re so cute! Pet store owner: Do you want to hold him?Jack holds the puppy.
