Eggs

Many different animals lay eggs. Baby animals grow inside them.

One day the eggs will hatch. What animals will come out of them?

These eggs rest in sand. The eggs are very soft. One night they hatch.

The animals are sea turtles! The sea turtles crawl across the beach. They swim away in the ocean.

These eggs sit in a nest. The eggs have a smooth, hard shell. Crack! Owlets poke out their heads!

The parents feed them worms. One day the owlets fly away!
