Mr. Snippy sliced the air with his blades. Snip! Snip! He moved closer to Roxy. Roxy shot her eye laser beams at the blades. Whiz-hoo! The blades exploded into little pieces. “ Gah! ” cried Mr. Snippy. “ I don’t care if you have eye laser beams.

Mr. Snippy put the collar onto Daisy. Roxy gasped as the little poodle turned into a snarling monster dog! “ I was right, Snippy! ” Roxy said angrily. “ Your collars are turning pets into monsters! ” Mr. Snippy had an evil grin. “ My apartment building doesn’t allow pets.

So I had to give away my cute little puppy. Now no one in Metro City will ever have a cute little pet again! ” “ Ha-ha-ha! ” Mr. Snippy’s laugh filled the salon as the poodle leaped at Roxy. “ YIP, YIP! ” Daisy barked. “ Ahh! ” Roxy jumped out of the way. The little dog was trying to attack her!

Roxy floated in the air above the barking poodle. “ I need a plan, ” she thought. Just then she heard a whirring noise. It was coming from behind a door. “ YIP, YIP! ” Daisy was still barking. Roxy used her x-ray vision to look through the door. There was a room with video screens, switches, and blinking lights.
