Food Truck Festival

“ Wow, ” Oliver said. “ I see a lot of trucks! ”

The Carters were at a food truck festival. Each truck sold a different type of food.

“ Where should we get dinner?” Mom said. “ At the Taco Time truck, ” Emmy said. “ At Peppy’s Pizza, ” Harry said.

“ I don’t want pizza or tacos, ” Oliver said. “ I want a cupcake from Cupcake King! ” “ No, Oliver, ” Mom said. “ A cupcake is not a dinner. ”

Dad gave Harry and Emmy money. “ You two can get tacos and pizza, ” he said. Harry and Emmy each got on a line. Dad and Mom took Oliver for a hot dog.

The lines were very long. Everyone waited and waited. “ This is taking forever, ” Harry thought. “ I’m starving! ” Emmy thought.
