The king paced up and down the Throne Room. “ I wish my mother would leave, ” he said. “ She’s making everyone unhappy. ”

“ Wizard! ” Dirk snapped. “ Did you find a magic spell?” Tom shook his head. “ No, but—” “ Fix this mess, Wizard! ” Dirk said.

Tom gulped and took out his wand. Just then Cat ran into the room. “ Tom! ” she said. “ Try this instead! ” Tom blinked.

Cat had the wishing cap! “ How did you get that?” Tom asked. “ I took it, ” Cat said. “ But hurry! The royal grandmother is chasing me! ”

Tom put on the wishing cap. “ I wish to undo all of the royal grandmother’s wishes! ” Poof!
