Tom jumped to his feet. “ So you’re awake, Wizard! ” Daimon said. Cat leaped onto Tom’s shoulder. She whispered in his ear.

Daimon had a wicked grin. “ Maybe I’ll change you into a mouse, ” he said. “ Then your pet cat can have fun with you! ”

Tom waved his wand. “ Rain! ” he whispered nervously.

Poof! Marbles fell from the ceiling. “ Oops, ” Tom said. ” Ouch! ” Daimon cried as marbles hit him.

Daimon jumped out of the way. He bumped into the tub. Cat ran between Daimon’s feet. Daimon tripped!
