The Farmer's Wagon

The two dogs barked and barked. “ Go away! ” Tom yelled. He hissed. Suddenly—brring! Brring!

A bell rang. A man rode a bicycle through the alley. The dogs got scared and ran away.

“ Whew! ” Tom said. “ Quick! Let's go home. ”

The kittens ran out of the alley. They saw a wagon near a shop.

Mittens gasped. “ It's the farmer! ” she said. “ Let's go! ” Tom said.

The kittens ran as fast as they could. They jumped onto the farmer's wagon. They hid inside a box.
