“ I’m hungry! ” Kip said. “ Me too, ” Bird said. “ It’s time for lunch. ”

Bird and Kip went to the boardwalk. People were waiting in a long line. “ What’s that place?” Kip asked.

Bird read the sign. ” Mr. Taco, ” she said. “ It’s a new place to eat. ” Kip sniffed. “ Mr. Taco smells good! ”

Bird shrugged. “ I like pizza crusts. ” “ No, ” Kip said. “ We like pizza crusts! ” “ Ha-ha! ” Bird laughed.

Bird and Kip went to the pizza place. The trash can shook. Kip heard a chewing sound.
