Spooky Stories

Dog told a story first. Pig and Cow went next.

" I will tell a story now, " said Bat. " It is a good one. But it is very spooky! "

" Good, " said Dog. " I like spooky stories! "

" Once there was a mean witch, " said Bat. " The witch had a black cape. The witch . . . "

Cat and Pig and Cow fell asleep. Dog and Bat were still awake.

Hoot-hoot. " What's that?" said Dog. " I do not hear anything, " said Bat.
